International Shipments: It's important to note that for orders shipped outside the United States, any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not covered by Play Benchi and should be settled upon delivery. We do not offer refunds for items returned due to unpaid customs charges
Production Time: 24-48 hours after ordering; orders of 5+ items may require more time• Domestic shipping to United States (excluding Hawaii e Alaska): 2-7 business days after shipment
• International Shipping: 10-20 business days (2-4 weeks) after shipment
• Order changes and cancellations must be made within 24 hours after placing an order
